What do you think of ESRX given that Amazon announced they will enter the prescription drug market?
Its fundamentally sound but has soared too much in too little of time to interest me presently. It could have a huge pullback.
I was thinking of short selling it. If Amazon gets into prescription drugs, ESRX would likely be in big trouble.
I would not encourage shorting a solid company that has a fairly cheap P/E. I'd not short in general, but certainly not in that situation. Buying puts are always less risk than shorting. But I wouldn't buy a put on this particular stock right now either.
